Procedures

Five surgical categories, one restrained point of view.

Each plan starts with proportion analysis, medical history, scar strategy, and recovery logistics. Cosmetic and reconstructive work is discussed plainly, including what surgery should not try to change.

Facial surgery that protects identity.

Rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift, eyelid refinement, and fat grafting planned around facial movement, not a one-angle photograph.

Reconstructive

Function, closure, and confidence after treatment or trauma.

Breast reconstruction, Mohs closure, scar revision, complex wound closure, and facial trauma repair coordinated with dermatology, oncology, and primary care teams.

  • Mohs repair
  • Breast reconstruction
  • Scar revision
Modern treatment room for non-surgical facial care
Non-surgical

Subtle maintenance, surgeon supervised.

Neuromodulators, filler, resurfacing lasers, and skin tightening scheduled conservatively so the face stays expressive.

Philosophy

The plan is quieter than the transformation.

Atelier's surgeons work from the premise that the most successful procedure is understood only by the patient. Consultation begins with a 45-minute conversation, standardized photography, health history, and a candid review of tradeoffs: incision placement, swelling timeline, revision risk, and the point where restraint becomes the better choice.

For surgical patients, pre-op planning includes medical clearance review, garment sizing when needed, medication reconciliation, and a written recovery calendar. For non-surgical care, dosing is intentionally conservative and re-evaluated at two weeks.

Planning Digital photography, airway and skin-quality review, scar discussion, and surgical sequencing before a quote is prepared.
Recovery Same-day discharge for most cosmetic procedures, 1-week nurse line, and surgeon visits at day 1, week 1, week 6, and month 6.
"The goal is not to erase age or character. It is to return the face and body to a proportion that feels inevitable."
Refined clinical consultation room with warm architectural details
Consultations are surgeon-led. No treatment plan is handed off to a coordinator before surgical candidacy is reviewed.
Surgeons

Three board-certified operators, each with a defined lane.

The practice is structured so patients meet the surgeon who will operate, not a rotating sales team. Cross-review is used for complex revisions and reconstructive sequencing.

Patient notes

Discreet results, specific recoveries.

Reviews are fictionalized for this MedSiteAI portfolio demo, written to reflect the kind of concrete patient feedback a premium practice would publish with consent.

"My revision rhinoplasty looked believable by week three. Dr. Hart explained why she would not narrow the bridge further, and that restraint is exactly why it works."
N.M., SoHo Revision rhinoplasty / 2025
"After mastectomy reconstruction, I had one calendar for oncology, surgery, drains, and physical therapy. The coordination removed the part I was most anxious about."
Elena R., Tribeca Breast reconstruction / 2024
"My lower facelift was planned around 12 days off camera. There was swelling, but no surprise. At six months, friends said I looked rested, not operated on."
