Data Deletion
Last updated: October 3, 2026
You control your social connections. Remove a connection in MedSiteAI, manage access in Meta, or check a deletion request below.
Disconnect in MedSiteAI
- Sign in and open Marketing → Social.
- Under Connected Accounts, find the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Threads account you want to remove.
- Select Disconnect (the unlink button), then confirm. Repeat for each connection you want removed.
Remove access in Meta
In Facebook Settings, review Business Integrations or Apps and Websites and remove the app connected to MedSiteAI. For Instagram or Threads, review the app permissions in that platform’s settings. Labels can vary by account and platform.
When Meta sends us a verified deletion request, we remove the social records we can match to that request. If Meta provides a confirmation code or status link, use it below. An unresolved result means deletion has not been confirmed.
Check deletion status
Use the confirmation code from Meta’s deletion request. This lookup shows status only.
Deletion questions
- What does Disconnect delete?
- Disconnect removes the selected social connection, its stored tokens and profile details, and its linked scheduled and published-post records in MedSiteAI, including cached engagement. It does not remove posts already live on a social platform or uploaded media from storage.
- What does an unresolved request mean?
- We could not reliably match the request to a connected account. Deletion is not confirmed. Contact support with your confirmation code so we can review the request. Older connections may need to be reconnected to establish a verified match.
- Does deleting social data delete my MedSiteAI account?
- No. These controls apply to social integrations. For a broader account or uploaded-media deletion request, contact support@aiscansolutions.com. Do not include patient information or access tokens.
Need help with deletion?
Email support@aiscansolutions.com with your confirmation code, if available. Do not send patient information, passwords, or access tokens.
