Yes. Payment plans require an active card on file. If the patient hasn't saved one yet, they can do so during kiosk check-in or via a secure link you send them before setting up the plan.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the charge automatically. You receive a dashboard notification so staff can follow up with the patient if needed. The remaining schedule stays intact.

Can I cancel or adjust a plan after it starts?
